Marketing Coordinator


One of New York's premier luxury boutique hotels is seeking a dynamic, passionate, organized and creative team member. The candidate will report to The Director of Sales and Marketing and The Marketing Manager to support in the execution of The Mark's overall marketing strategy. This position requires the individual to proactively seek new marketing opportunities, both domestically and internationally, manage marketing inventory, and channel The Mark's unique brand voice through content creation and copywriting.



  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategy, CRM, and social media management
  • Act as support to The Marketing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing with daily administrative tasks
  • Support in provision of weekly and quarterly reporting of marketing efforts and updates of all marketing activity  
  • Manage the hotel's ecommerce website, which includes management of inventory, fulfillment, revenue, and growth strategy
  • Ensure that the website, branded products, and marketing materials are always up-to-date and relevant
  • Communicate across departments to coordinate photoshoots and events



  • A strategic thinker with a passion for luxury branding
  • Strong writing ability
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or hospitality management
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in hospitality or luxury brand marketing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT
  • Preferred experience: Graphic design skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
